2018 TYA production of HUCK FINN

This is a sophisticated program not usually offered in rural and small town areas. It is an amazing opportunity to combine a theatrical experience with the learning curriculum. This program is offered to all elementary schools in Mono & Inyo county free of charge.

To bring imaginative theatre that entertains as well as educates. Through the live theatre experience , students are encouraged to read, develop critical and creative thinking skills, and be curious about the world around them.

The Mammoth Lakes Repertory Theatre assists the educators in integrating the program into the curriculum by supplying a Educator's Resource Guide that is a comprehesive tool to help the teachers tie the theatrical experience into the classroom. The guide provides articles, activities, and discussion questions for each of our TYA shows.
